Toyota Previews Redesigned Models At Fort Lauderdale Auto Show

Toyota will showcase over 15 vehicles such as the re-designed 2013 Toyota Avalon and 2013 Toyota RAV4 at this years Fort Lauderdale International Auto Show. The annual show runs at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center from April 4th-7th.

The 2013 Toyota RAV4 crossover SUV has received upgrades in efficiency, handling and performance. The updated RAV4 provides its driver a more dynamic drive, with new innovative technologies such as Sport Mode with Dynamic Torque Control AWD, optimized electric power steering and enhancements in suspension performance. The new RAV4’s design features a progressive silhouette, with a sleek sloping roofline along with an aggressive character line.

The interior received a prime, stylish appearance with soft-touch highlights and driver-centric control panel. As opposed to the lightweight exterior proportions, the storage area is deeper, much larger and simpler to access compared to the prior generation, with more than 38.4 cubic ft. of cargo capability in back of the rear seats. With folded up rear seats, the RAV4 delivers a impressive cargo capacity of 73.3 cubic ft. All 2013 RAV4 models provide a Display Audio with a 6.1-inch LCD touchscreen, a standard backup camera and Bluetooth connection.

The 2013 Avalon will also be considered a highlight for show visitors. Toyota drastically improved the chemistry of Avalon’s formula in 2013, resulting in a powerful and convincing sedan in order to change the vehicle’s generational appeal while symbolizing Toyota’s thrilling new style and product focus for upcoming models. The 2013 Avalon also features the Entune multimedia system, that functions by using a smartphone interface.

Besides these two new cars, Toyota will also display the 2013 Highlander Hybrid and 12 other models.
