The name says it all. FT-1 stands for “Future Toyota,” and the number “1” represents the ultimate. According to its designers at Calty Design Research, the FT-1 Concept is the ultimate expression of a Toyota coupe design, building upon Toyota’s rich sports coupe heritage dating back to the 2000GT, Celica, Supra, MR2 and most recently Scion FR-S. In addition, the concept draws inspiration from Calty’s more recent sports car concept work such as FT-HS (2007) and theLexus LF-LC (2012). read more
Toyota Previews Redesigned Models At Fort Lauderdale Auto Show

Toyota will showcase over 15 vehicles such as the re-designed 2013 Toyota Avalon and 2013 Toyota RAV4 at this years Fort Lauderdale International Auto Show. The annual show runs at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center from April 4th-7th.
The 2013 Toyota RAV4 crossover SUV has received upgrades in efficiency, handling and performance. The updated RAV4 provides its driver a more dynamic drive, with new innovative technologies such as Sport Mode with Dynamic Torque Control AWD, optimized electric power steering and enhancements in suspension performance. The new RAV4’s design features a progressive silhouette, with a sleek sloping roofline along with an aggressive character line. read more
