
Maserati will launch a new version of its acclaimed GranTurismo at the Geneva International Motor Show in March with the premiere of the GranTurismo S automatic, which combines to the comfort and convenience of the automatic gearbox from the GranTurismo 4.2 litre with the shattering performance of the GranTurismo S.
Like the GranTurismo S, the new automatic Maserati super coupe is powered by 323 kW 4.7 litre V8 that pumps out 490 Nm of torque, but with a new version of the six speed ZF gearbox that has been praised in the Quattroporte and GranTurismo tailored for its new high performance role. The gearbox has not only been developed to handle the power of the new engine, but has also been provided with features designed to match the driving requirements of this new model.
