Before a crowd of enthusiastic fans holding their breath, and media with cameras focused and ready, Jack Roush unveiled the new ROUSH 2010 Mustang, the fifth generation high-performance pony car to bear his name. The debut took place at the Livonia, Mich., vehicle assembly plant, just yards away from where the new ROUSH 2010 Mustangs will be built when production begins in early April.
In addition to the car, ROUSH now has more than 150 different parts which fit the 2010 Ford Mustang and allow owners to personalize their own vehicle. [...]

2010 Escape Adds New Safety Technologies

Ford’s 2010 Escape, the small SUV with the best crash test ratings of any vehicle in its class, is increasing its technology leadership with the addition of five new features that improve safety, reduce driver distractions and aid drivers by automatically parallel parking their vehicle.
The new Escape, in showrooms this summer, will add MyKey teen-safety technology, Integrated Spotter Mirrors – both offered standard (MyKey on XLT and above models) – optional Rear View Camera System and SYNC with real-time Traffic, Directions and Information. The new model also will be the North America’s first SUV to offer Active Park Assist, which uses an ultrasonic-based sensing system and Electric Power Assisted Steering (EPAS) to position the vehicle for parallel parking, calculate the optimal steering angle and quickly steer the vehicle into a parking spot. An iconic “sleeper” performance car returns to the Ford lineup, with a Super High Output (SHO) EcoBoost twin turbocharged engine. The 2010 Taurus SHO builds on the legacy of the original, which earned a spot on the Car and Driver 10Best list four times.
Introduced in 1989, Taurus SHO was conceived as a discreet performance-oriented sports sedan. Produced through 1999, more than 100,000 were sold. The new 2010 Taurus SHO is powered by a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V-6 engine, generating an estimated 365 horsepower. Customers eager to purchase America’s most fuel-efficient mid-size sedans, the 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid and Mercury Milan Hybrid, can take advantage of a $3,400 tax credit from the federal government.
Buyers of a new 2010 Fusion Hybrid or Mercury Milan Hybrid this year will qualify for the $3,400 tax credit, the highest credit amount ever offered for hybrids purchased or placed in service after December 31, 2005.
